Join us at The Autry for a free, family-friendly community event focused on wildfire awareness and safety in Los Angeles.

You’ll learn how to prevent wildfires, protect your home, prepare your family, and stay safe in the unfortunate event of a wildfire.

Local experts will provide vital information on prevention, preparedness, and evacuation plans specific to our area.

The event will include a series of sit-down classes for adults, ideal for homeowners, renters, and anyone interested in reducing wildfire risk at home and in their neighborhoods.

There will also be a kids fire camp and activities*.

 

Activities will include:

  • Classes for Adults (home hardening, evacuation and more)

  • Kids Fire Camp & Activities (lots of free kid’s stuff!)

  • Expert speakers and demonstrations

  • Prizes and useful giveaways

 

*Fun for all ages!

For young attendees, there will be a vibrant “Kid’s Safety Camp”, featuring interactive games, safety demonstrations, and firefighter meet-and-greets designed to teach children essential fire safety skills in a fun and engaging way.

Visit the Vendor Village, where many options to reinforce your home will be presented, along with valuable safety demonstrations.
