Kids Deserve Safer Roads Too! Join Us at the MLK Day Parade

Streets Are For Everyone (SAFE) and Faith For Safer Streets are excited to participate in this year’s Kingdom Day parade on January 15th from 9 am to 2 pm. The entry's name is “Kids Deserve SAFEr Roads Too” and seeks to shed light on the fundamental right of children everywhere to walk to school safely without fear of traffic violence. 

We are actively seeking older kids and their parents who can confidently walk, ride their bikes, or skateboard along the parade route to showcase how we are all responsible for keeping children safe as they explore the world beyond their homes.
